BIG HAUL EVENT:
-
NTP and Premium 2000 dealers and their sales team who participate in the Big Haul Event (BH) can earn points based on programs included within each vehicle service contract sold (often referred to as warranties). For every 30 points earned, the sales rep or dealer associate earns a “Reward Pull” (defined below).
-
A Reward Pull is the opportunity to "pull" and/or draw a card off the Long Haul Big Haul Rewards Board.
-
Each Pull lists a cash prize amount, which will be tallied and paid out when the winner has exhausted all their Pulls.
-
A Pull will be awarded when the dealership or individual dealer sales rep reaches 30 points during the Contest Period. There is no limit on how many Pulls can be awarded.
-
Points are calculated net full cancellations during the Contest Period.
-
Any points accumulated less than 30 points will not be carried over after the contest ends.

EARNING REWARD PULLS:
Event participants earn one (1) Reward Pull for every 30 points accrued during the Contest Period. Reward Pulls are awarded based on points earned by individual dealerships (adding all their reps into one dealership account), or dealership reps and are calculated and awarded at the store level.
There are no limits to the number of Pulls one dealership or person can earn during the event period.
Any points that do not add up to earning a Pull (less than 30) will be forfeited and cannot be held for future NTP/Premium 2000 events.
CONTRACT CANCELLATION POLICY:
At the end of the Contest Period, National Truck Protection Co., Inc. (“NTP”), on behalf of both the NTP and Premium 2000 brands, will audit and review all cancellations received from contracts that were reported and credited during the Contest Period. NTP will recalculate a dealership or sales rep’s earned Rewards Points to determine the effect of these cancellations on their total points.
CONTEST POINT FUNDING:
This Contest is funded by National Truck Protection on behalf of the NTP and Premium 2000 brands. A Dealership or sales rep that does not achieve the points necessary to earn a Pull will not be awarded any incentive for this Contest. Any partial points earned will be forfeited.
CONTEST ELIGIBILITY:
-
All active selling Dealers and all its sales reps are eligible to participate in the Big Haul Contest (to sell NTP and/or Premium 2000 service contracts) to earn a Big Haul Pull award. The Contest runs September 1 – November 30, 2024.

Dealerships with an accounts receivable balance more than thirty days past due at the date of the Big Haul Event will not be able to execute any Reward Pulls their dealership or sales reps have earned at the Event or after the Event. If a dealership withdraws from the Contest at any time during the Contest Period or before the Pull Event, the points accumulated by that dealership and any of their sales reps will be forfeited and will not be allowed to participate in the Big Haul Pull Event.
-
If a Dealer does not want to participate, they should contact their Dealer Performance Director or Sales VP so they are not counted in the Contest.
-
If a Dealer chose not to participate but later decides during the Contest period they’d like to participate, their participation may be approved by the SVP of Sales at NTP.
-
All participants must be 21 years of age or older.
-
Any exceptions to the Contest Rules and Policies must be approved in writing by NTP management. Any verbal conversations or promises made regarding the contest will not supersede the Contest Rules and will not be honored.

Points earned by individuals cannot be combined with points earned by other individuals to create a higher earned point total for one individual.
-
Dealerships can pool all points earned by their sales reps and decide how they would manage any Rewards Pull earned.
-
The Dealership's Dealer Agreement with NTP must be in effect through the last day of the Event or Pulls will be forfeited.
POINTS AND PULLS FOR BIG HAUL EVENT:
-
Pulls and points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
-
Pulls cannot be purchased. Pulls earned are based strictly on the points earned during the Contest Period. No exceptions.
-
No changes to points or Reward Pull distribution are permitted once the Pull distribution notifications have been sent and approved online. Any changes requested or disputes made after approval must be handled with NTP management before the Big Haul Event.
-
All dealerships must provide NTP up-to-date dealership and sales reps information to add to their database.
-
The Big Haul Pull Event will be a virtual online event, with the event taking place within the month following the end of the Contest. Individuals who have earned a Reward Pull(s) will be notified approximately two weeks prior to the actual Event. Participants will be given their Pull position prior to the Event. If individuals are not able to choose their Pull card due to regulatory or other conditions, an NTP representative will make the Pull on their behalf. The results of that Pull are final.
-
If a person with a Rewards Pull does not let NTP know they are not able to make the Event and doesn’t designate someone to Pull on their behalf, their Pull will be made at the conclusion of Big Haul Event by NTP staff. Dealerships with absentee Pulls will not be called to make a Pull during the event.
-
Dealer and sales reps who have been awarded a Pull(s) will be paid out by a check from NTP. Any applicable taxes for the cash payout are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Individual participants in the Big Haul Contest must have a W9 form on file with NTP before a check will be processed.
-
A Dealer Representative from the same dealership as a winner, or someone from NTP, may pull on behalf of another representative from the same dealership if it is arranged prior to the Big Haul Event taking place.
